Regarding Dew LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
All materials on the site as protected under copyright. In using this site, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the material on Regarding Dew’s site or service without express written permission by us.
All information, services, and possible products are presented ‘as is’. In no event will Regarding Dew LLC be liable to students or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from student use or misuse of the Regarding Dew classes, workshops, and content whether such damages arise in contract, tort, negligence, equity, statute or by way of any other legal theory regardless of whether such damages could have been foreseen.
Packaging: All goods are packed with biodegradable cellulose wadding when available. Some goods may come padded with repurposed/ripped assorted papers. If anything is packaged in bubble wrap, it is always reused and we encourage you to do the same! We currently use plastic packing tape and will be transitioning to cardboard tape when our supply runs out.
Shipping: All orders will ship in 3-5 days via UPS.
Returns: At this point, all sales are final. Objects are photographed and described with as much accuracy as possible.
Private Sessions: Before purchasing a private session package, please read the Terms and Conditions with care. The following provides a framework for understanding and standards before embarking on this together. If you do not agree to these conditions, do not purchase a package. By purchasing a package, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions as they appear, whether or not you have read them.
All sessions must be completed within the agreed upon Package or else they become null and void. For Creative Mentorship, this is the three, six, or twelve month duration co-determined by Regarding Dew LLC (the Facilitator) and the Client. For Root to Blossom packages, the second session must occur within 28-31 days from the initial session. The first Root to Blossom session must begin within a year of purchase or else the package becomes null and void.
The Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Facilitator via email with 24 hours notice in cases of cancellation. If the Facilitator is not given 24 hours notice, the Facilitator reserves the right to consider it a missed session.
The Client understands that they are responsible for their well being, including implementing changes in their life that will support their wholeness. As such, the Client agrees that the Facilitator is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any sessions.
The Client understands that this is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy. The Client understands that it is their sole responsibility to communicate their participation in these sessions with any relevant mental health professional.
Except as expressly provided within these conditions, the Facilitator and Regarding Dew LLC makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the professional services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Facilitator or Regarding Dew LLC be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages.
